The domain name “gettour.gr” and the corresponding website “www.gettour.gr” belong to the exclusive ownership and exploitation of the Private Capital Company under the name “A. SEGOULIS PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY” (“A. SEGOULIS PRIVATE COMPANY”),<\/em> with distinctive title “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”<\/em>, based in Athens, Greece, Zalokosta Street, no. 6, with corporate VAT number EL801091716 \u2013 Public Financial Service D’ of Athens, and Business Registry number 148894701000, and is legally represented, with e-mail: info@athosluxury.gr, Tel: 30 210 3634738 and Mobile: 30 695 0552998.<\/p>\n

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully for your information and protection. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood the terms associated with your contract before making any booking.<\/p>\n

By booking on the website “www.gettour.gr” and drawing up the corresponding contract, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time, as published on our website and in effect.<\/p>\n

CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW 2251\/1994<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon completion of payment, “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”,<\/em> owner of “www.gettour.gr”<\/em> website, will send via e-mail the booking confirmation and a unique booking number, which the customer will show to the service provider on the day of the fulfillment of the contract. The customer will also be informed via e-mail of the vehicle’s license plate number and the phone number of its driver. The vehicle will have a distinguishing feature “Get Tour Athens”<\/em>, so that the customer will be able to recognize it easily.<\/p>\n

All passenger information must be correctly given at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

All modification requests must be sent via email.<\/p>\n

“ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”<\/em> is not responsible for any problem that may occur if you do not read your booking confirmation carefully.<\/p>\n

        Regarding the Private Tours:<\/em><\/p>\n

        You should know:<\/p>\n

        1. This is a private tour<\/li>\n
        2. Meals are not included in the rate, but adequate time will be given for a food or coffee break<\/li>\n
        3. The tickets for the archaeological sites are not included in the rate, but they can be provided upon request through e-mail correspondence after your booking confirmation<\/li>\n
        4. The itinerary is subject to change according to the opening\/closing hours of the venues and depending on the tourist season<\/li>\n
        5. Please wait in the hotel lobby\/outside the apartment 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time<\/li>\n
        6. Comfortable shoes and clothes, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses are recommended<\/li>\n
        7. Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Our Private Tours include:<\/p>\n

          1. Pickup and drop-off service<\/li>\n
          2. English-speaking driver (not authorized to enter into the sites and museums as per Greek Law). The tour driver can by no means be considered a tour guide.<\/li>\n
          3. Private transportation in a Mercedes vehicle:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            All our vehicles are Mercedes-Benz. Vehicles may vary. In this case, we will provide you with a similar vehicle of the right size and quality to suit your needs, enjoying the same high standards.<\/p>\n

              Our Private Tours do not include:<\/p>\n

              1. Entrance fees<\/li>\n
              2. Food and drinks<\/li>\n
              3. Gratuities (which are optional)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                The company reserves the right to change <\/em><\/p>\n

                itineraries if deemed necessary<\/em><\/p>\n

                In the event of force majeure and\/or reasons beyond our control and events occurring after the departure of the tour, we reserve the right to modify the route and the itineraries.<\/p>\n

                Due to the high complexity and uncertainty of modern transport, as well as unexpected situations, the planned route may change at any time and the agreed time of pickup may be affected by social, economic or environmental phenomena. However, our services will be performed based on the same standards you have booked accordingly.<\/p>\n

                Due to force majeure events your scheduled tour may be completely cancelled. In this case you will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n

                Tour Drivers<\/em><\/p>\n

                Drivers must work under strict legal and time constraints. Therefore, they will direct you to convenient stops, depending on the traffic conditions. Our drivers will do their best to drop you off at your hotel or as close as possible unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

                It is expressly clarified that the drivers do not provide a guided tour service to the mentioned tour locations, are not considered a tour guide or engage in such activity under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

                DISCLAIMER<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

                “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”,<\/em> owner of the website “www.gettour.gr”,<\/em> expressly informs the Clients that it exclusively provides the described service of conducting private tours, and does not undertake any other obligation towards the clients and no other legal relationship connects them beyond of this one.<\/p>\n

                It is expressly clarified that in the context of this contract, “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”<\/em> does not provide a guided tour service to the mentioned tour locations, and the driver of the vehicle is not considered a tour guide or engages in such activity under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

                “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”<\/em> may, within the framework of the fulfillment of this private tour contract, use fulfillment assistants and employees of other companies.<\/p>\n

                “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”<\/em> does not bear or become liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons, property or otherwise, in relation to any accommodation, transport or other services resulting directly or indirectly, from acts of God, risk, incident at sea, fire in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether or not declared there, strikes, riots, customs regulations, delays or cancellations or changes of itinerary, or from any cause beyond from the control of “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”<\/em>, or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents, and that “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”<\/em> is not responsible for any additional expense or liability incurred the buyer as a result of the aforementioned causes.<\/p>\n

                Luggage is the owner’s responsibility throughout the tour. Small articles, coats, wrappers, cameras and other hand luggage are under the full supervision of the passenger, who is warned of the danger involved in their remaining in the means of transport.<\/p>\n

                Customers who have booked a private tour are requested to present themselves no later than 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE DEPARTURE TIME they have chosen at the agreed departure point (e.g., hotel lobby, hotel entrance).<\/p>\n

                The meaning of clicking the <\/em><\/p>\n

                “I agree to the terms and conditions” checkbox:<\/em><\/p>\n

                By clicking on the button \u201cI accept the terms and conditions<\/em>\u201d, the customer draws up the private tour contract in accordance with the terms and conditions published on the website and the agreement with “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”<\/em> is legally binding.<\/p>\n

                Insurance<\/em><\/p>\n

                We recommend that all passengers are adequately insured.<\/p>\n

                Special requirements<\/em><\/p>\n

                At the time of booking, it is the customer’s responsibility to advise of any special requests such as child car seats. Please note, however, that these are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n

                Child seats \u2013 The customer is obliged to inform about the need for a child seat.<\/p>\n

                Wheelchairs \u2013 Any passenger traveling in a wheelchair must notify us at the time of booking to ensure the correct vehicle is available to meet your specific requirements. We should be informed if the wheelchairs are folding, manual or include a battery and\/or motor. This policy also applies to scooters.<\/p>\n

                Luggage<\/em><\/p>\n

                Each vehicle has a standard capacity for one piece of luggage per passenger. In case there are extra pieces of luggage please let us know so we can schedule a suitable vehicle. If you are carrying excess luggage, such as more than 1 per person, you will be charged accordingly according to the additional bags, and you must inform us at the time of booking to ensure that our service providers can provide you with the correct vehicle. In the event that you do not notify us, you will be responsible for any additional costs, which you will be required to pay on the spot.<\/p>\n

                Conduct & Liability<\/em><\/p>\n

                Our service providers reserve the right to terminate the tour if you or your party’s conduct is disruptive to the driver or other passengers. Neither we nor the service providers will accept any responsibility for any additional costs. Passengers are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages during the tour. Any costs incurred by you or your party due to damage in transit must be paid by you or your party at your destination and we or the service provider will not be responsible for these costs.<\/p>\n

                IMPORTANT NOTES<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

                The private services described here can be modified according to your needs and requirements. For any modification contact us by e-mail.<\/p>\n

                LUGGAGE SUPPORT: Your driver will help you load\/unload your luggage inside the vehicle and assist you in any way possible, but we do not provide a luggage transfer service and your driver cannot carry all your luggage for you. We suggest you use the readily available luggage carts at the airport.<\/p>\n

                At the end of the private tour, your driver will only unload your luggage from the vehicle. We do not provide porter service for luggage to and from your hotel, villa or home facilities. The property and its porters are fully responsible for transporting your luggage from the hotel, home or villa premises to the vehicle and\/or from the vehicle to the accommodation. If you require assistance with luggage from inside the hotel, house or villa to your vehicle, please proceed with these arrangements with your concierge.<\/p>\n

                If you are booking accommodations where porter service is not available, please ensure that you can personally bring your luggage with you, as your driver may not be able to carry all of your luggage or escort you inside the facility. This is especially true in cases where it is illegal or impossible for the driver to stop or park near your hotel, home or villa.<\/p>\n

                Customers are fully responsible for their luggage, valuables, personal belongings or any item belonging to the customer. Make sure you have all your luggage and personal belongings when you leave your hotel, villa, ship, yacht, truck or any other means of transport for your arrival\/departure and when entering or exiting the vehicle. “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL” <\/em>and its fulfillment assistants and drivers assume no responsibility for lost, stolen or forgotten valuables, personal items, luggage or other personal items.<\/p>\n

                Data Protection Policy<\/em><\/p>\n

                We have taken every possible measure to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information. However, some of the details must be passed on to the service providers involved in conducting the tours. Such information is subject to their data protection policy.<\/p>\n

                User agreement governing the use of the <\/em><\/p>\n

                “www.gettour.gr” website<\/em><\/p>\n

                When you proceed with a booking, you undertake to us that the details you have provided are correct, including passenger names, dates and credit or debit card details.<\/p>\n

                If there are any changes to the information provided, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes. Please use our contact page.<\/p>\n

                “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL”<\/em> does not guarantee that the website is free of viruses or any other infectious software.<\/p>\n

                When a visitor chooses to pay offline, he\/she undertakes that the selected product may not be available. Confirmation of the order, in this case, takes place when we receive full payment for the product(s) selected.<\/p>\n

                Payment<\/em><\/p>\n

                The final price on the basis of which the customer draws up the private tour contract and proceeds to his booking is known and indicated on the website, and is configured according to the optional service options he will request.<\/p>\n

                The prices listed on the “www.gettour.gr”<\/em> website may change depending on the high season or not, but also on the availability of the vehicles.<\/p>\n

                In case of working fewer hours than initially agreed, the transfer fee that has already been paid remains as it is and is not reduced by the corresponding part.<\/p>\n

                Payment methods<\/em><\/p>\n

                Through the “www.gettour.gr”<\/em> website, the following payment methods are provided:<\/p>\n

                  Invoicing<\/em><\/p>\n

                  Upon completion of the private tour, the receipt – payment invoice for the respective service is sent electronically via e-mail.<\/p>\n

                  CANCELLATION POLICY<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

                  In the event that the customer has drawn up the transport – tour contract electronically but wishes to withdraw – cancel, then he receives a full refund if he makes the declaration of withdrawal – cancellation forty-eight (48) hours before the execution of the requested transport service.<\/p>\n

                  In case of withdrawal by the customer less than forty-eight (48) hours before the execution of the transport-tour contract, the price paid is not refunded.<\/p>\n

                  No-shows will be charged the full price.<\/p>\n

                  Cancellations by “ATHOS LUXURY TRAVEL” (“www.gettour.gr”)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

                  We reserve the right to cancel any of the services, up to the last day before the provision of the service, in cases of force majeure, strike in the center of Athens, etc., without penalties other than a full refund. In this case, you expressly agree that you will not be entitled to any other compensation.
